At Touch Of Seasons, we only sell brand new products. All our products are guaranteed to be free of any defects. With our Buy It, Try It Guarantee* you try out the merchandise for 7 days. If it's not everything we say it is or your just not satisfied with it, it can be returned for a full refund. Please note that, unless the item is defective, return shipment charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Item must be returned in new condition and must include all included materials. If you keep the item it can still be returned if found to be defective as outlined below.

*Available ONLY in the Continental USA. Not available for the following items: apparel, cups, mugs, glassware, silverware, dinnerware, seeds, appliances, holiday merchandise such as Christmas, Halloween, Valentines, etc.
 
 
To avoid the hassle of dealing with manufacturers warranties, we offer a 30 day Hassle Free Returns policy. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item due to defects you may return it to us within 30 days for a replacement. In the event that a replacement is no longer available a refund will be issued. Yes, we do pay the return shipping on defective items. Please contact us at 610-395-5437 for proper RMA before returning this item. Please check your item(s) upon receipt to make sure it is free of defects. If defects are found please contact us immediately so it can be determined if the defects were caused by the shipper and the situation remedied as soon as possible. Defects must not have been caused by misuse or tampering. We take pride in our ability to package our merchandise in such a way as to keep such damage to a minimum. All products include a full manufacturers warranty from 90 days to 3 years depending on the item purchased. Please see warranty instructions for returning items after 30 days.

Holiday specific items are an exception to the rules. Such items, due to obvious reasons, carry a 7 day return frame. However, these items must be returned 15 days prior to the intended holiday unless the item is damaged or does not work as advertised and the damage was not caused by misuse. These items include holiday decor such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Easter, etc.
